Filmed Bradley Cooper’s New Movie Maestro

    Bradley Cooper's New Movie

Bradley Cooper’s New Movie Opening your doors to film crews is not easy. Especially not when it comes to movies that depict your own parents up close. But that’s exactly what the children of conductor Leonard Bernstein and actress Felicia Montealegre Bernstein did while making the film Maestro, directed by Bradley Cooper.

Cooper filmed at his parents’ home in Fairfield, Conn., which the couple purchased in 1962 and which, upon Leonard’s death in 1990, housed his children Jamie, Nina, and Alexander. I left it with Bernstein. “When a movie is shot at home, it’s a big mess,” Jamie said, explaining that he had already gone through that process with a previous Bradley Cooper’s New Movie shot in a New York apartment.

But she and her brother didn’t let that knowledge stop them from allowing Cooper and his staff to film in Fairfield. “There was an element of trust throughout the project, so it’s no surprise that that trust extended to allowing our home to be part of the film.” Creating this environment, “everyone felt this connection, this warmth, this sense of trust and security.”

    Bradley Cooper's New Movie

Jamie and her brother were not on set during filming, but friends who help maintain the grounds witnessed the preparations, and it seemed as if the filmmakers were going to “pick up the house, turn it over, and shake it.” It was as if he had been shaken,” he said. ” But by the end of filming, everything was back in place.

Bradley Cooper’s New Movie Production His designer Kevin Thompson took part in this careful push, seeking the best way to express the protagonist’s tastes as they appear in the protagonist’s living space. Research is part of the production designer’s process, and being able to shoot at home, as well as being able to stay at home, was an unprecedented way to understand her dual themes for the film.

“The house hadn’t changed much in terms of architecture or wallpaper or anything like that, so you could really see the different things that Felicia had done to this house,” Thompson explains. “We were also able to delve into intimate aspects such as family photos, Felicia’s paintings on the walls, the subjects she painted, and what was in the trash can. And these traces You could still see it almost everywhere.”

    Bradley Cooper's New Movie

Despite access to the site, there was still a lot of work for Thompson to do to adapt the space over time. The film depicts his home from the early ’60s to his late ’80s, so it was important to carefully consider how things had changed over time.

Bradley Cooper’s New Movie Thompson referenced family photographs that show what the furniture in the home looked like at different times, but when choosing the furniture he focused on trying to recreate the specific pieces of furniture that were photographed. Rather, it was about choosing the right taste.

She Felicia was the Bernstein family’s chief decorator, working with her designer on the interiors of their New York home, but decorating the Fairfield home herself. It was an overwhelming feeling to see what their rural life was like,” says Thompson. “It was very unpretentious. It was very comfortable.

Felicia was a decorator, a flea market participant, and a person who put together houses, so there were a lot of little things that Felicia did.” Felicia said. In addition to her work as an actress, she was also active as a painter. Her time at Fairfield and their artwork were also incorporated into the film.

“The room that my mother decorated shows a lot of her personality. One of the things that I learned about my mother is that she was not a show-off, and she never tried to impress anyone. ,” says Jamie from Fairfield House. “She had her own feel and her own style, and you can clearly feel that in these physical spaces that she created for herself.” The resulting set is It captures its essence, moving smoothly through time and allowing the film to show how comfortable the family was as they moved around the room.

Bradley Cooper’s New Movie What did the Bernsteins ultimately think of the house’s depiction on screen in the movie Maestro? “(The house) was incredibly well photographed and looks absolutely amazing,” says Jamie. He added that the weather was perfect for the shoot. “Every time our father took command at The Shed at Tanglewood, the weather would suddenly brighten up and be sunny and wonderful. He was so lucky with that weather that people called it ‘Lenny. It was called “weather”. I mean, Bradley also had Lenny Weather.”

Ja Morant starts in return from 25-game discontinuance

Ja Morant – After returning from a 25-game suspension, Memphis Grizzlies superstar Ja Morant made his season debut Tuesday night against the New Orleans Pelicans. “He’s on fire,” Grizzlies coach Taylor Jenkins said before the game. “He’s put in a lot of work since the start of the season and has been in the team as often as possible.

Now he’s got this chance in Game 26. To see him go out there and have fun. I’m really looking forward to it.” He and I talked about it. That means putting in the work, going out and having fun, building chemistry with your teammates, and just enjoying the opportunity to get back on the floor.

The Grizzlies were suspended for 25 games by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver for brandishing a firearm in an Instagram Live video in May, two weeks after Memphis drafted him in the first round. Morant was suspended for eight games last season for a similar incident in March.

Morant was suspended for 8 games last season. He came off the bench, but things were very different. The Grizzlies had backup starting point guard Tyus Jones perform well, going 6-3 in games he missed (including one for conditioning reasons following his suspension).

Jones was traded to the Washington Wizards in the offseason as part of a three-team deal in which the Grizzlies acquired guard Marcus Smart, who had been out since Nov. 14 with a sprained left ankle. Derrick Rose, another veteran point guard Memphis signed in the offseason, also missed Tuesday night with a hamstring strain. Jacob Gilliard,

who is on a two-way contract, has started eight games in Morant’s absence, including Monday night’s lopsided loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Grizzlies have an offense that ranks last in the league, averaging 105.9 points per 100 possessions, without Morant, who led Memphis with 26.2 points and 8.1 assists per game last season.

“I just want him to play at the level we talked about,” Jenkins said, adding he’s “keeping an eye” on Morant’s total playing time. “I told him and I told the team, I told him to lean on his teammates and how he can help his teammates and how they can help him too. I said, ‘I want you to understand that. Go out there and be our leader on the offensive side of the field.”
